We value our students and understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. This policy has been crafted keeping our students’ best interests in mind while ensuring fair use of our educational resources.
1Program Enrollment and Payment Terms
By accepting our terms and conditions, participants agree to pay the program fees for the program using the payment method selected on the enrollment form. Program enrollment is complete when the participant has been issued a username/password for online program access or sent program materials via another method.
Payment Requirements:
- Full Payment: Participants are required to pay the full amount of program fees unless specific permission has been otherwise obtained from program supervisors.
- Non-Transferable: Program fees are non-transferable to other students unless specific permission has been otherwise obtained from program supervisors.
- Student Verification: If using discounted pricing, Skill Surf may contact you for proof of verification after enrollment.
2General Guidelines
Before enrolling in any program, we encourage all students to review the program description, requirements, and preview materials provided to ensure the program meets your expectations and learning needs.

3Program Withdrawal and Refunds
Skill Surf is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the program after you pay the enrollment fee. However, while program fees are non-refundable, students may have extenuating circumstances that prevent them from undertaking their program.
🔍 Extenuating Circumstances:
Where evidence can be successfully provided to support the participant’s circumstances, program fees may be refunded or partially refunded with the approval of the program supervisors. Each case will be evaluated individually based on the specific circumstances presented.
4Eligibility for Refund
✅ Refund Eligibility:
Students are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchasing the program, provided they have not accessed more than 20% of the program content.
This policy ensures fair use and compensates for the knowledge and resources already utilized by the student.
❌ No Refund After:
- 7 days from the date of purchase
- Accessing more than 20% of the program content
- Whichever comes first
5Exceptional Cases
🔧 Technical Difficulties:
If a student experiences technical difficulties that prevent access to the program and it is caused by a failure on our end, a full refund will be granted regardless of the time elapsed since the purchase.

7Program Materials and Access
All program materials are supplied in an online platform unless otherwise stated in the program description. The content of the online program materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remains the property of Skill Surf.
Access and Usage Terms:
- Access Duration: You will have access to the online material for a period of 1 year or more up until the next intake of the program is announced.
- No Reproduction: You may not reproduce any part of the online program materials without the prior written consent of Skill Surf.
- Intellectual Property: All program content and intellectual property rights remain the property of Skill Surf.
8Program Changes and Updates
We constantly update our programs to ensure they remain relevant and valuable to our students. If a program is updated after you have enrolled, but before you have completed it, you will have access to all the updates without any additional charge.
9Termination
If a student is found violating our terms of service and code of conduct or engaging in any malpractice, their access to the program will be terminated immediately without any refund.
10Non-Refundable Circumstances
❌ No Refunds For:
- Downloadable program materials that have been accessed
- Completed live or recorded sessions
- Personalized coaching, mentorship, or custom-made learning paths
- Subscription-based services once the billing cycle has commenced
- Violation of terms of service or code of conduct

12Certificate Requirements and Academic Integrity
🎓 Certificate Eligibility:
- 100% Completion Required: Participants must have 100% completion (e.g., 4 out of 4) of assignments/homework to be eligible for certificates.
- No Final Exams: No final exams will be provided for assessing eligibility for the completion certificate.
- Assignment Tracking: Completion of assignments will be tracked through the online platform.
❌ Academic Integrity:
We do NOT tolerate any plagiarism in the assessments. Students who have been found to plagiarize or have any form of misconduct will not receive appropriate grades and may face immediate termination without refund.
13AI and Technology Considerations
🤖 AI-Related Refund Terms:
- AI Dissatisfaction: No refunds will be granted based on dissatisfaction with AI-generated content or tools
- AI System Failures: Technical issues with AI systems do not qualify for refunds unless they prevent basic program access
- AI Content Accuracy: We are not liable for AI-generated content accuracy and no refunds are provided for this reason
- AI Learning Curve: Difficulty in using AI tools is not grounds for refund
